Shipping/Mailing:
Shipping of the client’s stationery pieces are going to be the financial responsibility of the client.
Additions and Corrections:
Please notify us of any additions or corrections as soon as possible. Clove and Cedar will rectify any mistakes on our part at no cost to you (shipping or otherwise). Any corrections and/or changes to the Excel template will be fixed by the client and resubmitted as the final document. All costs, including shipping of supplies, are the client’s responsibility. Once the job has been approved there will be no more changes to the stationery, as it has been sent to print. Additions can be completed at the client’s expense.
Wording Content and Address Formatting:
The client is responsible for providing data in an Excel format. Clove and Cedar will print exactly what is submitted so please make sure to read through and make sure everything is correct. Clove and Cedar will provide an excel template to show how the addresses must be submitted. The client will also receive a pdf of their guest addresses to review and make edits before printing. Clove and Cedar will require final approval on the addresses prior to printing. Do not use abbreviations for states, street names, etc. unless that is how you would like your envelopes to look. Please be aware to international addresses as well. Please put all prefixes and name abbreviations exactly how you would like them printed. It is a much cleaner presentation when all the addresses are formatted consistently through the document.
TIME FRAMES
Semi-Custom:
Semi-custom designs are a quicker and efficient option that still gives you a custom feel with the flexibility of editing the design making it unique to you. It can take anywhere from 10 days to 6 weeks before printing depending on the client/stationer communication and project parameters. If the client does not have efficient communication or adds on project parameters, these timelines are subject to change.
Rush Jobs:
Clove and Cedar offers rush projects that would be anything needed less than 4 weeks from the date of purchase. This would also affect the deadlines for Client to provide the Stationer with any design options, colors, font choices and content including addresses if applicable.
Production Time:
Please allow 7-10 business days from the day you approve your stationery and pay the balance of your project for your suite to be completed, and ready for pickup or shipping. This is in addition to your shipping times.
If you are ordering a pocket, please allow 7 -10 business days for those to arrive in addition to your timelines through Clove and Cedar. If you have any questions about how long this would make your total timeline, please let us know prior to agreeing and signing this disclosure.
