No Returns or Exchanges

All of our products are made-to-order and customized to your unique specifications. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with the following:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect
  • Your order number

Once we review your request, we will work with you to provide a replacement or, if necessary, a refund.

Order Cancellations

Because our items are custom-made, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may have already started the production process and will not be able to issue a refund.

Color and Design Variations

Please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen differences or the handmade nature of our products. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
