Korie and Rich’s Wedding

I absolutely love working in the wedding industry. I have been privileged to work with so many wonderful people and many have become great friends. Recently Love Notes Stationery was asked to contribute to the wedding of an amazing planner, a close friend, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Korie Younger is a Wedding Planner for Bliss Events here in San Diego, which is an incredible wedding planning company. I have become good friends with all of the ladies of Bliss over the years, so I know first-hand when I say that these women are professional, hardworking and inspirational to me. After watching wedding planners in action I have a whole new perspective and appreciation for the work and time that goes into each wedding.

Being in the industry, all the vendors that Korie works with wanted to give her the best day she could possibly imagine, and make all the details unique and custom. There are a lot of ideas and inspiration out there these days with resources such as Pinterest. Every Vendor outdid themselves and created the most beautiful wedding and reception I have ever seen.

Korie is one of those people that gives everything she has to the people that she cares about and doesn’t even hesitate. She is also an amazing mother and is there for all five of her and her husband’s kids. Korie and Rich are a truly sweet couple and are always so much fun to be around. It was so beautiful to watch her marry the man of her dreams, surrounded by their kids, and everyone that loves them so much.

I was honored to create her wedding invitation suite and all of her wedding stationery products for the day of. We were able to be creative and make everything we possibly could think of for paper products. Her colors were navy, gold, berry, and greenery which was romantic and perfect for a winter wedding. We designed programs in laser pockets with chiffon silk ribbon for a hanging display at the ceremony, as well as, personalized messages for each guest that were also color coated for meal options that sat underneath the clear chargers on the table.

I wanted to give her many custom paper pieces to display, so we made signs – from seating charts and makeup schedules, to table numbers and coasters for the bar.

We wanted to showcase that there are many pieces that are common for wedding stationery such as place cards, seating charts, reserved seating cards for the ceremony, and table numbers. The option to expand the number of stationery products is really important because these are the pieces that can define a custom and uniqueness of each couple’s wedding day. You can do signage with a favorite quote, song, monogram, personal messages, etc.. Any of these products will add custom stationery for you and your spouse and separate your wedding from any other wedding, giving you truly unique wedding details.

Thank you to all the vendors that made this wedding so special. I am so honored to have been able to contribute a small piece of this amazing wedding for such a beautiful couple. Here are some images of their wedding! Congratulations to Rich and Korie Younger!
