Welcome to Clove and Cedar Design!
The Love Notes brand will always be very close to my heart. It was what first defined me as a graphic designer and gave me the motivation to become a successful business owner. It gave me the confidence to do things I might not have previously attempted, and let me experiment as a person and professional. The experience taught me some hard lessons and saw me shine my best in other moments. I have been lucky to meet amazing friends and extremely talented vendors in the last 4 years, and have worked hard to gain my clients’ respect and appreciation. I have established a wonderful network of people that have supported me through this period of growth, and to all of you, I say THANK YOU! I am so honored for all the experiences I have had the opportunity to be part of.
They say in life the only constant is change – one chapter is complete, and a new one begins. As I turn the page on Love Notes Stationery and open Clove and Cedar I carry with me all the memories and experiences into this new journey.
The past year was filled with lots of changes. My family picked up and moved from San Diego to Austin, Texas, my daughter just turned 2 years old, and I decided it was a poetic time to rebrand and market my business, reflecting a new chapter in our lives. The brand and name have changed, but the products, services, and creative juices continue forward. I am a graphic designer who focuses on special events providing creative designs and functional solutions.
Why Clove and Cedar? Wedding Invitations and Stationery products are made to tell a story, whether it be a love story, a business story, or a growing family story with holiday cards or announcements. Each piece relays a chapter in life. Likewise, the name Clove and Cedar expresses our creative goals.
Cloves produce cozy aromas and flavors, setting the tone and adding a unique elegance and aura to the environment.
Cedar tells the story of a staple tree here in the hill country area of Austin, Texas. Nature is a large part of my passion and inspiration for designing. The organic feel that trees and nature provide is a direct reflection of the design style and elegance of Clove and Cedar Design.
At Clove and Cedar Design, it is our goal to add to the quality of life’s greatest moments by providing exquisite stationery products that capture lifelong memories.

There are not many times in our lives that we share special moments with everyone we love and care about. We all need support systems, and to feel empowered by, and confident from the people around us. Love is love.
